How it works:
The Empowering Soul Purpose Sessions are essentially one session in three parts:

Phase 1: Your Soul’s Unique Characteristics We will be working together to clearly define what these are in relation to Soul Purpose, creating a safe space to explore where you are currently at with it and what you need to move forward from here.
Phase 2: Feeling Soul Purpose, weaving it into the body, thus creating a physical link to it. Together we will embark on a unique soul healing empowering meditation to help you really anchor your life purpose in the here and now.
Phase 3: Identify and Clear Stumbling Blocks to Your Soul Purpose to move forward with ease, flow and grace. Long-standing patterns, thoughts, beliefs etc. related to how you feel and see yourself as an individual, can be easily addressed and cleared so that your soul expression can effortlessly create the meaningful, happy life you truly deserve to live.
